This building is the oldest timber-framed building in town, built in a so-called "Peasant-Baroque style", or otherwise: provincial Baroque. Besides the date indicating the year 1840 displayed on the Eastern facade, there is no other evidence that would help us determinate the time when it was built, hence we rely on this piece of information to define it was the year of construction. Today its main function is being a folk art house, where various folk art activities are organized, and folk art exhibitions take place as well. Between 2015-2016 the building went under a substantial restoration process that allows the continuation of the activities, through which we preserve our traditions, in improved conditions.
